What is the Nutritional Reform Programme?

The Nutritional Reform Programme is a service that believes in:

The Nutritional Reform Programme is ideal for anyone that is struggling to maintain a healthy weight. Depending on your location and requirements, this programme can be provided to you in person, by telephone, or through Skype. A rigorous initial telephone consultation and food diary assessment will be conducted in the early stages. The programme will include 1-to-1 sessions (6 hours of support) - which will begin after the initial consultation. You will be provided with a personalised nutrition plan, handouts, evidence-based articles, ongoing email support, and behaviour change tasks set during and between sessions.

Registered Associate Nutritionist and Weight Management Practitioner

The Nutritional Reform Programme is led by Andrew Latimer, an experienced Registered Associate Nutritionist and Weight Management Practitioner. Over the last few years, Andrew has worked with a wide range of clients, and through experience has created a  multi-dimensional approach to weight management. As part of his experience, Andrew has worked for a Tier 2.5, nutritionally and psychologically informed weight management service for adults. He has worked with clients 1-to-1 and in groups, and has had great success in helping them transform their lives and achieve long-term weight loss.

Andrew believes in a holistic approach to long-term weight loss, focusing on the overall self-care of the client. His approach considers the nutritional, physical, mental and emotional well-being equally. Some of Andrew’s proudest achievements include seeing clients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus send the symptoms into remission.

I have struggled with my weight for about three years now after discovering I have Polycystic Ovary syndrome. I had very little knowledge about nutrition before I started meeting with Andrew and have done my fair share of fad diets over the years, but to no avail. Andrew made it clear that this is not a diet, but through what he has taught me I have found myself making much better choices about what I eat and how I associate with food. I have discovered through Andrews help what my eating behaviours are and how I can avoid eating foods that are not good choices with simple techniques he has shown me.

I’ve been meeting with Andrew for just over 10 weeks now and the difference it has made is massive, my confidence is up and for the first time in 3 years I feel like I can actually do / am doing something about my weight. Not only has Andrew helped with food aspect but he has also introduced me to foods that can help with the symptoms of PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) I have found this invaluable and I’m feeling so much better for it in such little time.
